By using the Lucky Hours app, you agree to these terms.
The service
Lucky Hours connects customers with shops to reserve discounted bags during lucky hours. Payment is cash at the shop on pickup.
Reservations & pickup
Each bag has a limited quantity and a set pickup window. You must show your pickup code at the shop within the window. If you don’t show up, the reservation may be cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation from the app before the pickup window starts.
Shop responsibilities
The shop is responsible for the quality and safety of its products and for honouring the advertised price and quantity.
Limitation of liability
Lucky Hours is an intermediary between customer and shop and is not liable for product quality. Egyptian law governs these terms.
