By using the Lucky Hours app, you agree to these terms.
The service
Lucky Hours connects customers with shops to reserve discounted deals during lucky hours, for pickup at the shop or delivery to an address you provide. Payment is cash — on pickup or on delivery.
Reservations & pickup
Each deal has a limited quantity and a set pickup window. You must show your pickup code at the shop within the window. If you don’t show up, the reservation may be cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation from the app before the pickup window starts.
Referral program
If you join Lucky Hours’ referral (ambassador) program, you earn points for referrals that meet the program’s qualifying criteria, subject to eligibility checks and anti-fraud limits. You can request a cash-out of your earned points from the app; requests are reviewed and paid out by Lucky Hours and may be declined if fraud or abuse is detected.
Shop responsibilities
The shop is responsible for the quality and safety of its products and for honouring the advertised price and quantity.
Limitation of liability
Lucky Hours is an intermediary between customer and shop and is not liable for product quality. Egyptian law governs these terms.
