Delete your account

You can delete your Lucky Hours account and personal data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent — it cannot be undone.
Delete inside the app (fastest)
Open the app → Profile → Delete account, then type the confirmation word. Your account is deleted immediately: your phone number, name, and personal data are scrubbed from our systems and your account is permanently closed.
Delete without the app
If you can no longer access the app, email hello@luckyhours.app (do not include any sensitive data) and mention the registered phone number. We will verify you own the number and complete the deletion within 7 days at most.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted: your phone number, name, account, and contact details. Kept in anonymized form (with nothing that identifies you): reservation records required for accounting and fraud prevention, as required by law.
Export your data first
You can request a copy of your data from inside the app before deleting your account, or by emailing hello@luckyhours.app.
