Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data the Lucky Hours app and website collect, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
Your mobile number (for verification and reservations), your optional name, your approximate location to show nearby shops, and, if you place a delivery order, the delivery address and any notes you save in the app. We collect no payment data — all payment is cash, at the shop on pickup or on delivery.
Why we use your data
To show deals near you, verify your phone number with a one-time code sent by SMS or WhatsApp, confirm and deliver your reservation, and send you notifications about your orders and offers in your area by push or WhatsApp.
Data sharing
We use trusted services such as Google Firebase to run the app, and SMS/WhatsApp providers to send verification codes, order notifications, and to communicate with shops about your order. Your delivery address, if provided, is shared with the shop fulfilling that specific order. We never sell your data to third parties.
Ratings & reviews
When you rate a completed order, your star rating and any tags you select feed into the shop’s public average rating shown in the app. Written comments are used only for internal quality review and are not shared publicly or with the shop.
Your rights
You can request correction or deletion of your data at any time — directly from the app (Profile → Delete account) or by contacting hello@luckyhours.app — and request a copy of your data the same way.
