Do I pay online?
No. You pay cash at the shop when you pick up your bag. There’s no payment in the app.
What is a “bag”?
A bag is a selection of a shop’s items at a discount during lucky hours. Its contents vary by what’s available that day.
Do I need to sign up to browse?
No, you can browse everything without signing up. We only ask for your number when you reserve.
How do I collect my bag?
After reserving you get a 4-character code. Go to the shop in the pickup window and tell the cashier your code.
What if I can’t make the window?
Every bag has a clear pickup window. You can cancel easily from the app before it starts.
Can I know what’s inside?
It’s usually a surprise, but you see the shop type and the bag’s approximate value before reserving.
For shops
How do I register my shop?
Register on the “For shops” page and our team will reach out and activate your shop in minutes.
Are there subscription fees?
No. There are no subscription fees — you only pay 10% commission on what actually sells.
Can I run it from a computer?
Yes. The vendor dashboard works on your phone or any computer at the counter — nothing to install.
Who collects the money?
You do. The customer pays you cash at the shop at pickup.
